GYEEDA Officials under threat by the Government
A group of Civil Society, Centre for Policy Research has identified that the Ghanaians must not force the government by taking a serious action against people indicted in the GYEEDA decay without resorting to the rules of natural justice.
The Government of Ghana has recently cancelled their contract with some private based organisations that are connected to Ghana Youth Employment & Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA).
Ghana Youth Employment & Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA) is to refund about 55 million Ghana cedis to the Government of Ghana.
But to some of them, especially their opposition party says to the Government to not only cancel the contract but also to punish those who are involved.
A Research Fellow with the Centre for Policy Research, Samuel Salga in an interview with a channel said, the opponents must be patient.
He added, if we take people in the court just based on the report alone, the case will likely to be closed or even thrown out of the court and before taking some serious action against those people who are involved we need some more evidence.
